My Testing Philosophy

Cash is the only acceptable form of payment and is due at the beginning of the checkride. A receipt will be given for all transactions.

Online scheduling is NOT available. You MUST call  to schedule. Please call Lana at 406-350-3286 for scheduling.

Checkrides must be scheduled in advance.

If you are late,  or extra work has to be done to confirm your eligibility to test,  etc. there is a $150 per hour charge. BE PREPARED.  See the checklist of what to bring. 

The oral portion MUST be passed before any flying.

If an unavoidable situation (i.e. weather, illness, mechanical) arises during a checkride that can't be fixed, there will be no rescheduling fee.

Any retests MUST occur within 60 days of the original test, or a new, complete checkride will have to be done. 

If a retest is for a checkride done with another DPE, the retest will be charged at the full rate, and a full checkride will be given.

There will be no discontinuance fees for unavoidable reasons such as illness, weather, mechanical, basically something beyond your control.

A discontinuance fee will be charged for avoidable reasons such as being unprepared or personal non urgent reasons. The fee will be at my discretion, this is a situation I would really prefer to avoid. If there is a problem please communicate it to me so we can try to find a solution that works for everyone.

IACRA must be used.

A 72 hour notice of cancellation is required, unless there is unforcast weather. Remember this is a time slot someone else could use given an opportunity. If you are unsure of your availability, please schedule at a different time.
